Our mission is to educate the public, cultivate candidates, and get them elected to public office so that they may uphold the principles of the United States Constitution. We are the only party that is dedicated to:

Dear Constitution Party Members, Supporters, and Friends,
This is one of the most important messages you are ever going to get. For the past few years, many of you have been involved in supporting the Constitution Party and various tea party groups. Many have written emails, participated in rally's, and some, even made a contribution. And for that, the Constitution Party of New York thanks you.
Over the past year and half, our meetup, yahoo, and facebook membership has grown to nearly 600 members, and never in the history of our great nation has our freedoms been under such attack, and have we needed a group like ours to protect and preserve the Constitution of the United States. All over the country, the Constitution Party is raising candidates to run for office, and this could be the first year that New York gets a candidate on the ballot for a national office. That candidates name is Anthony Tolda, and he is running for US Congress 2nd District. If any of you have never met Mr. Tolda, or heard him speak, I invite you to check out the links below to get a taste of what he is all about.
Mr. Tolda is a strict constitutionalists, who loves his country, and is 100% in line with the Constitution Party platform. His campaign to "Ignite Our Rights" has triggered international attention, and his presentation at the Constitution Party of New York's State Convention let everyone realize that Anthony Tolda is someone that we can all be proud of.
It is now time for the rest of the Constitution Party, and its supporters, to step up and donate whatever they can to help ensure that we not only get Mr. Tolda on the ballot, but that we get elected the very first Constitution Party candidate to the US Congress. Mr. Tolda is running against a liberal, democrat incumbent who voted 98% with Nancy Pelosi. The incumbent is the epitome of everything that is wrong with our government today, and Mr. Tolda has a real chance to unseat him in New York's 2nd Congressional district.
We need your help, and beseech you to do whatever you can and send a donation to help us get Mr. Tolda elected. Every dollar counts, and no donation is too small. We all speak of freedom, but we must realize the freedom is not free, and it takes sacrifice. We need boots on the ground in order to gather the 3,500 signatures required to get our candidate for US Congress Anthony Tolda on the ballot.
No experience is necessary, and we will teach you what you need to do to gather signatures. We will supply the petitions, all you need to do is go out to your friends, family, and local area and have people sign that they support having a Constitution Party candidate on the ballot.
